Accountability

Doing what you say you will do and being reliable in all manners.
Being someone others can count on when it matters.

This means so many different things, but without it the world would be in shambles.
It also goes hand in hand with truth. If you always tell the truth, your accountability will automatically go up a great deal.

Scenario: It's 3 o'clock in the morning and your headed home from a work function and your 60 miles from any town on a road that has very little traffic. Your transmission goes out. Do you have someone that you can call on, someone you can count on, someone who is Accountable? 
We should all strive to be that person for anyone in our lives that may need it. And this was just one Scenario, there are many ways you can be accountable without having to go give someone a ride at 3 in the morning.
